Shipping Information

Star Lingerie Shop use Royal Mail Delivery Services and a Business Post courier. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods for Delivery are sent via our business post courier . Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Business Post: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us and additional fees will be charged to your account for the return Delivery service.

Business post Parcel Charge:-If your customer fails to collect their parcel from the Business Post depot or for any reason your customers parcel has been sent back to us their is a £9.95 charge levied to you. We cannot waive the above charges under any circumstances regardless of reason for non delivery. We know this is very high but I am afraid these are a cost passed on from Business Post. As we pass on all our savings and costs to you to dispatch I am afraid we have to pass on these costs too.- If your parcel is lost during shipping or damaged please keep in mind it can take 3 to 4 weeks for a claim to be processed and settled with the shipper. Normally it does not take that long. If we have supplied you with a tracking number and the shipper shows the item has been delivered then you need to contact the shipper to have them put a trace on the item. Once the item leaves the warehouse we are no longer responsible for the item, the shipper is from that point on.

Returns Policy

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met. 1 The goods must be unused. 2 The goods must be in their original condition & packaging. 3 Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable. 4 Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. 5 The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received the order.6 Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. 7 No exchanges or refunds can be given until the goods are received back. We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us. Return postage costs must be covered by you.
